NTT DoCoMo, KDDI to adopt fee system separate from handset prices
Top mobile phone operators NTT DoCoMo Inc. and KDDI Corp. are likely to review their sales incentive programs and allow subscribers to choose between the conventional price plans linked to inexpensive handsets and lower monthly service fees in return for higher-priced handsets, industry officials said Thursday.
