HTC To Release 5” Smartphone With 1080p Display
Samsung and LG has been busy promoting their super size screen smartphone. Those device can also be called “phablets.” Now, it’s about time for HTC to join them as well. According to DigiTime, HTC is preparing a 5″ smartphone supporting 1080p resolution.
Samsung has announced their plan on launching the Galaxy Note 2 on September/October. However, it appears that HTC will be getting in their way by launching their own gigantic smartphone at the same times. They will have the device features a 5-inches screen with 5-inch 1920 x 1080p resolution. The handset will have all on-screen navigation buttons, Qualcomm’s new quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
