I hate mowing the lawn. I grew up in the country, which meant there was a lot of grass to be cut. In addition to my parents’ lawn, I also did the mowing for our kind, elderly neighbor. In all, there were about 3 acres worth of grass. I joked with my parents about getting a goat or two, as they would simply eat the grass. I’m going to guess that someone else had a similar childhood, because they’ve created the remote-controlled GOAT lawn mower.

No, it’s not actually a goat, but it does cut down on the amount of effort you’ll put into your grass trimming. What’s better, it does so using a hybrid petrol/electric motor that’s strong enough to strap on a plow and move some snow in the winter months. Remember this when you tell your wife how much money you dropped on a remote-controlled lawnmower.

The GOAT is probably about the most fun you can have while doing yard work. Depending on the size of your lawn, and how much you despise keeping up on it, you may it well worth the $5299 price tag. If you’re wanting to go the cheap route, you can always pay the neighbor kid to mow your lawn, they’re always hard up for cash.
