Brother unleashes “Simply Stylish” P-Touch labelers
Brother is more often synonymous with printers, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have their fingers dipped in other items. Take for instance, their latest range of releases that fall under the “Simply Stylish” series of P-Touch labelers. These devices enable users to explore their creative side when it comes to the labeling process, where the trio of them – the PT-90, PT-1090 and PT-1290, will feature multiple “Deco Mode” label formatting options, type styles and symbols that make them ideal for enhanced personal, family and home office labeling needs. When used in tandem with over 20 colorful tape options that will also include a quartet of new colors (Berry Pink, Lime Green, Satin Gold and Satin Silver), users will be spoilt for choice where customization and creativity are concerned.
Among the features found in the new Simply Stylish line of labelers incluer framing options, decorative and functional symbols, two-line printing, and the ability to print both vertical and horizontally. Selected models will even come with interchangeable faceplates, automated time and date labels, alongside a feature that makes it a snap to label cable and wires which normally are a pain to handle.
The PT-90 will more or less target personal users, while the PT-1090 is suitable for families with the higher end PT-1290 being geared toward home office users. The PT-90 will come with a trio of interchangeable faceplates for greater customization options, retailing for $29.99 a pop as it hits the market this month. As for the
P-Touch PT-1090, this family-friendly handheld labeler will feature a dozen Deco Mode formats to create great labels, accompanied by a cable labeling feature, retailing for a slightly more expensive $34.99. Last but not least would be the office-oriented P-Touch PT-1290 which has 15 Deco Mode formats for extra-stylish labels, two professional fonts, built-in memory that lets you retain 9 of your favorite labels. The PT-1290 is going for $39.99.
